It’s about finding what works best for you!
Authentic healing isn’t about finding a quick fix or simply masking the symptoms. It’s about getting to the root of the problem and using techniques that truly promote healing in mind, body, and spirit. Healing is a process and it shouldn’t be rushed.
With respect to mental health, authentic healing requires patience, discipline, research and hard work. However when authentic healing is achieved it allows you to feel in control of yourself while understanding that you can not control the world around you.
Each individual is different and may require a different protocol to achieve authentic healing. When trying to find the method that works best for you, I’d encourage you to be open to all forms of healing. The most common forms of treatment for mental illness tend to fall under the traditional western practices. However, there are many forms of holistic healing that can be beneficial on their own or when used in conjunction with traditional practices.
Holistic practitioners are looking at the process of healing through treating the whole body, recognizing that our mental health and physical health are intertwined.

Our mental health is based on so much more than just how we think. Mental illness becomes present when there is a biochemical imbalance in the body which prevents the brain from functioning properly. Over the years, I’ve learned that our mental health can be impacted by:
Foods & Beverages
Household Cleaning Products
Physical & Emotional Trauma
Skin & Hair Care Products
Examples of Holistic Healing
Advanced Biostructural Correction
Holistic Reflex Analysis
Vitalistic Chiropractic Care
Examples of Traditional Healing
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
