It’s about finding what works best for you!


Authentic healing isn’t about finding a quick fix or simply masking the symptoms. It’s about getting to the root of the problem and using techniques that truly promote healing in mind, body, and spirit. Healing is a process and it shouldn’t be rushed.
 

With respect to mental health, authentic healing requires patience, discipline, research and hard work. However when authentic healing is achieved it allows you to feel in control of yourself while understanding that you can not control the world around you.
 

Each individual is different and may require a different protocol to achieve authentic healing. When trying to find the method that works best for you, I’d encourage you to be open to all forms of healing. The most common forms of treatment for mental illness tend to fall under the traditional western practices. However, there are many forms of holistic healing that can be beneficial on their own or when used in conjunction with traditional practices.


Holistic practitioners are looking at the process of healing through treating the whole body, recognizing that our mental health and physical health are intertwined.

The following information is based on Jenny's personal experiences and are suggestions for individuals to explore. She is not a medical professional and cannot offer medical advice.
