LIVE. LEARN. GROW.
Determined to not only save lives, but to improve the lives we’re living, Craig and Jenny are a dynamic blend of strength, grit and grace. Craig is a suicide attempt survivor who's first memory of being suicidal was at eight years old. Jenny is a survivor of suicide loss who has experienced her own bouts of mental health struggles. She is also the mom of a suicide attempt survivor.
What is most captivating about Craig and Jenny is their ability to safely convey how they've each been impacted by the darkest moments of their lives while leaving their audience feeling inspired and empowered. Each of them experienced extreme childhood trauma, adolescent heartache and emotional struggles accompanied by physical ailments throughout their lives. For the last twenty years they have been determined to find understanding and meaning in their experiences as well as discover tools to help them achieve ultimate wellness, fulfillment and success.

Losing my dad to suicide has by far been the most painful and isolating experience of my life. I originally founded Growing Out Of Darkness based on my desire to donate copies of Growing Through Grief to anyone in need. I firmly believe that no one should have to pay to feel supported or to know that they are not alone in this journey. We are in this together.
